- 2 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Top with crushed cornflakes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
