Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a slow cooker, add the sliced onion and place the chicken thighs on top.
