Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, caramelized
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb shanks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the lamb shanks on all sides.
