These spooky cookies are filled with a gooey green slime center, perfect for Halloween parties. They combine sweet cookie dough with a fun, edible surprise.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green food coloring
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff for slime filling
- Optional: Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and green food coloring.
- Gradually stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into balls and flatten slightly. Add a dollop of marshmallow fluff in the center.
- Fold dough around the filling and roll into balls again.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Be careful with the hot slime filling when eating fresh from the oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
