Description

A hearty and flavorful skillet dish featuring chicken, steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes, cheese, onions, and peppers for a complete meal in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with 2 tbsp butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook for another 5 minutes until medium-rare.
  4. Stir in onions and bell peppers, cook until softened, about 4 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
  6. Top with mashed potatoes and shredded cheese. Cover and let cheese melt, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Ensure chicken and steak are cooked to your preferred doneness.
