- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with 2 tbsp butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced steak and cook for another 5 minutes until medium-rare.
- Stir in onions and bell peppers, cook until softened, about 4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
- Top with mashed potatoes and shredded cheese. Cover and let cheese melt, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

Adjust seasoning to taste. Ensure chicken and steak are cooked to your preferred doneness.
