Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. In another pan, stir-fry shrimp with garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the shrimp, then stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the lamb chops with the shrimp fried rice on the side.

Notes
