- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of 12 muffin cups.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped cranberries and pistachios.
- Spoon the mixture over the crusts in the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
Notes
These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Serve chilled for best flavor. Adjust seasonings to taste.
