- 1 pound Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
- Combine pasta, sausage, pepperoni, marinara sauce, onion, and bell pepper in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, use spicy sausage and add red pepper flakes.
