Ingredients
- For Salisbury Steak: 1 pound ground beef, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 packet onion soup mix, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- For Mashed Potatoes: 2 pounds potatoes (peeled and cubed), 1/2 cup milk, 4 tablespoons butter, Salt and pepper to taste
- For Green Beans: 1 pound fresh green beans (trimmed), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- For Salisbury Steak: In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- For Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, then mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- For Green Beans: In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic. Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve the Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side.
Notes
