Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced carrots with minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrot mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
