A simple and flavorful side dish of roasted asparagus topped with crumbled blue cheese and crispy bacon.

- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and blue cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and add toasted nuts for crunch.
