A delicious appetizer combining sweet roasted apples with creamy brie, honey, and tart cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, cored and halved
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the apple halves in a baking dish.
  3. Stuff each apple half with brie cheese and cranberries.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until apples are tender.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve warm for best flavor.
