- 1 pound corned beef, sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 loaf rye bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cubed rye bread.
- Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the bread layer.
- Add the corned beef slices on top of the sauerkraut.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the corned beef.
- Layer with Swiss cheese slices and the remaining rye bread cubes.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
