Description

A hearty side dish featuring green beans, potatoes, and crispy bacon seasoned with ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the green beans and ranch seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked bacon and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

This dish pairs well with grilled meats and can be made ahead for potlucks.
