- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan.
- Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green beans and ranch seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and season with salt and pepper before serving.
