A quick and delicious low-carb dinner featuring juicy garlic butter steak served over fresh zucchini noodles.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and cook for 1 more minute to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
