Description

Delicious sliders shaped like pumpkins, perfect for Halloween parties, featuring seasoned beef patties with cheese and fun decorations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Ketchup and mustard for serving
  • Optional: Orange food coloring for a pumpkin effect

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 12 small patties and shape them into pumpkin forms by indenting the top.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and adding ketchup, mustard, or other toppings.
  6. Serve immediately, arranged to resemble pumpkins for a festive touch.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with plant-based meat alternatives. Ensure patties are uniformly shaped for even cooking.
