  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8-10 soft taco shells
  • lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Season pork shoulder with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over the pork shoulder and toss to coat. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Assemble tacos by placing pork inside taco shells and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado slices, sour cream, and cheese if desired. Drizzle with salsa and serve with guacamole if desired. Enjoy!
