- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 8 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wrap each pear half with a slice of prosciutto.
- In a bowl, mix blue cheese, breadcrumbs, butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the crumble on top of the wrapped pears.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
