A delicious twist on classic sloppy joes with the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each hamburger bun. Spoon the beef mixture onto the buns and serve immediately.
