- 1/4 cup brown sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until a batter forms.
- Spread the sliced apples evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the apples and sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
