For the Crust:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
