Description

These sloppy joes are loaded with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce for a fun family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce and pepperoni; heat through.
  4. Spoon mixture onto buns and top with cheese.

Notes

For a spicier version, use spicy pepperoni.
