For the Crust:

  • For smoothie base:
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • For toppings:
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh peach slices
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. In a blender, combine frozen peaches, mango, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey.
  2. 2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed for desired consistency.
  3. 3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. 4. Arrange granola, chia seeds, fresh mango, peach slices, and shredded coconut on top.
  5. 5. Serve immediately with a spoon.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and honey with maple syrup. For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to the blender.
