- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup diced ham
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add the torn croissants, cheese, green onions, and ham to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
