- 1 cupM&Ms
- 1¼ cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cupheavy cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Fold in flour and oats until well combined. Stir in M&Ms.
- Press mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
- For the topping, heat cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips to melt. Stir until smooth, spread over the base.
- Sprinkle mini M&Ms on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
