These festive Mini Christmas Tree Brie Bites are a delicious appetizer featuring gooey brie topped with candied pecans and tangy cranberries, shaped like a Christmas tree for a holiday gathering.

- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and candied
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares large enough to wrap each brie piece.
- Place a piece of brie in the center of each square, top with candied pecans, cranberries, a drizzle of honey, and sprinkle of thyme.
- Fold pastry over and press to seal, forming a tree shape if desired.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These bites can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving. For extra flair, decorate with edible gold dust.
