  • 12 ouncescream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoonssour cream
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan
  • 15slices peppered salami, chopped
  • 1/4 cupKalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cupsun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cupred bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoonred wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonschives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley, minced (or1 ½ tspdried)
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh basil, minced (or1 ½ tspdried)
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cuppecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cuppistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoonparsley, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  2. Stir in salami, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, vinegar, chives, parsley, basil, onion and garlic powders, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans, pistachios, and parsley. Roll each cheese ball in the nut mixture to coat.
  5. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheese balls for at least one hour before serving to enhance their flavor and texture. Adjust the salt based on the saltiness of your salami and cheeses.
