- 12 mini phyllo cups
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
- 4 oz smoked salmon, diced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Balsamic glaze, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Fill each cup with a slice of mozzarella, a few pieces of smoked salmon, and a cherry tomato half.
- Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the salmon and add extra vegetables.
