Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers featuring fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and smoked salmon, perfect for parties or light snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini phyllo cups
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, diced
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Fill each cup with a slice of mozzarella, a few pieces of smoked salmon, and a cherry tomato half.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the salmon and add extra vegetables.
