Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
