Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make dip featuring extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, and spices, inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Perfect for dipping bread or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Slowly whisk in the extra virgin olive oil until well combined.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  4. Let the dip sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with pita bread, crusty bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes
