Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or ground turkey

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained

Instructions

1. Cook the Meat:
