Description

Tender meatballs in a creamy sauce, inspired by the popular Marry Me Chicken recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

Pair with pasta or crusty bread for a hearty meal. Adjust seasoning to taste.
