- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
