For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon, diced pickles, and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
