For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Brush the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the spicy mayo dip.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
