- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting, if desired.
Notes
For extra juiciness, ensure the pineapple is not drained. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
