Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and top with sliced tomatoes, chopped basil, and torn burrata.
