- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Remove from heat and top with sliced tomatoes, chopped basil, and torn burrata.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
