- 1 ball burrata cheese

Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
- Add burrata on top and let it melt slightly.
- Serve immediately.
