Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Description

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. This dish is always a huge hit with my dinner party guests.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
  3. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
