Description
Juicy steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. This dish is always a huge hit with my dinner party guests.

For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
- Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
