  • 2 tablespoonsketchup
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 2cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat theair fryerto 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken in a single layer in theair fryerbasket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce,honey, ketchup, sesame oil, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and chili paste in asaucepanover medium heat. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
