A delicious and easy-to-make honey glazed salmon that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner.

For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the honey glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
