- 1 cup cornmeal

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, honey, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
