Ingredients

  • 2 rolls of crescent roll dough
  • Pepperoni slices
  • String cheese sticks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
  • Pizza sauce, for dipping
  • Caesar salad, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, pressing the seams together to form a solid sheet.
  3. Use a pizza cutter to divide each sheet into 4 rectangles.
  4. Place pepperoni slices and a string cheese stick on each rectangle.
  5. Carefully roll the dough around the fillings and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Combine melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each pizza stick and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown (aiming for 10 minutes for a softer crust).
  9. Serve the pizza sticks warm with pizza sauce for dipping and a side of Caesar salad.
