- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and pesto until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of plastic wrap.
- Roll the log in chopped walnuts to coat the outside.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Slice and serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
