- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Layer the ground beef at the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the vegetable mixture over the beef and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
