Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss potato wedges with the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
