- 1/2 cupunsweetened applesauce

- 1/4 cupdried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat yourovento 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet withparchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, applesauce, nuts, dried fruit, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bananas. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Spoonthe cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping each into a round cookie.
- Bake in the preheatedovenfor 15-20 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to awire rackto cool completely.
