Ingredients
Scale

- For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- 2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side to make them pliable.
- 5. Assemble wraps by spreading Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then layering with romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- 6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- 7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice over the shrimp before grilling. You can also substitute the Caesar dressing with a lighter yogurt-based dressing if preferred.
