Description

A flavorful rice dish featuring grilled steak, bell peppers, onions, and fajita spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss steak slices with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers and onion for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine grilled steak and sautéed vegetables with cooked rice in a large bowl.
  6. Stir well and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lime juice and fresh cilantro before serving.
