- 1 pound flank steak, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss steak slices with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers and onion for 5 minutes.
- Combine grilled steak and sautéed vegetables with cooked rice in a large bowl.
- Stir well and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lime juice and fresh cilantro before serving.
