A fresh summer salad featuring grilled avocados, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the avocados cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and assemble on a plate: layer grilled avocados with tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe avocados and fresh ingredients. Pair with a light wine.
