- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter.
- Add a dollop of cream cheese in the center of each.
- Top with a spoonful of salted caramel sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For extra gooeyness, drizzle more caramel on top after baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
